About Sabra Briere

 

Sabra Briere grew up wanting to be an artist -- and put that dream aside to pursue family, work, and life.

 

And then came retirement. And the opportunity to rediscover the pleasure of working to create something not quite as useful as a sweater, or as popular as truffles, or as vital as new legislation, but as fulfilling as all of those.

Working for the first time in pastels, Sabra has begun exploring representational art, and is touching again art with a message as well as art that just feels good.
